Approximately 325,000 GBP was spent on solicitors' costs, and 47,432 GBP on external counsel. Non-solicitor legal staff time is not recorded.' Appeals/outcomes: '207 appeals have been lodged with the SEND tribunal between 1/01/2019 and 30/09/2024. Of the 207, 170 appeals have been complete so far. Of these, 5 resulted in the appeal not being allowed. However, two were struck-out and a number were withdrawn and did not reach final hearing.'
