Free CSV export
Added a real, working summary export at /export/councils.csv — one row per council covering appeal volume, the EHC-plan appeal rate, outcome breakdown and SENDIAS contact, generated live from the same data the site itself runs on. Linked from the professional & data access page, which previously described an export without providing one.
Glossary, appeals per 1,000 EHC plans, and this changelog
Added a plain-English glossary of the terms used across the site, a new per-council stat showing appeals relative to how many children in that council actually hold an EHC plan (sourced from DfE's own EHC plan caseload statistics, not estimated), and this changelog.
Local advice services on every council page
Every council page now links that council's own statutory SEND Information, Advice and Support Service (SENDIASS), alongside IPSEA, SOS!SEN, Coram Children's Legal Centre and GOV.UK's own appeal guide. Sourced from the Council for Disabled Children's directory and individually checked — several stale or dead links in that source directory, including one expired domain since resold, were caught and routed around rather than published as-is.

The site moved from a temporary preview address to its own domain, senddata.uk, and went live for search engines.
Decision-type breakdown and professional access
Added a breakdown of SEND tribunal appeals by decision type (refusal to assess, refusal to issue, Section B/F/I, and more) showing which categories get overturned most, plus a page describing what's available for SEND solicitors, advisers and researchers who need more than the web pages show.
England added up
Added an England-wide picture: real official appeal volume for every council from DfE statistics, with outcome rates estimated from the fullest Freedom of Information disclosures available where a council's own answer doesn't give one — always shown separately from real, reported figures, never blended together.

Recovered figures that were previously stuck in unread PDF, Word and Excel attachments on Freedom of Information responses — nearly doubling the number of councils with usable, extracted figures.
